Andrea and Chuck welcome you aboard, and invite you to re-live our adventures during a planned 3-year "sabbatical." After four years of seeking just the right boat and a year of planning once we did, we moved aboard our 53' Selene Pilothouse Trawler, Celebrate, in June 2003, left our Annapolis home, and explored waters from Canada's Maritimes to the Far Bahamas. In November 2005 we sold the boat and began the process of returning to our home and taking up our suspended professional lives. Our valedictory reflects on all the wonder of those times. We spent nearly four weeks in China at the invitation of Jet Tern, the builder of Selenes, to learn a ton more about them, they about us, and to prepare to take a plunge back into the real world.
