We share the love of the outdoors. Every chance we get, we try to go adventuring in ways that get us to places we might not otherwise have even considered. If it involves hiking, climbing, running, or other sweat-producing activities, count us in! If it involves boating large or small, count us in, too!

Each of us is an instigator, and a willing accomplice for the other's suggestions (most of the time).

Andrea is Ian's mom, friend to all, consultant, executive coach, and lover of boating. Her roots are in Norfolk, VA.

She taught Economics at Old Dominion University before joining the commercial world where she has applied her gift of communication and understanding to her profession of consulting to large healthcare systems, and to her new formal role as a Transition Coach and Teambuilding Consultant.

A long time boater, competitive racer, and willing to try any outdoor adventure - Andrea is a cruising captain's dream. In January and February, she took the USCG Boating course over an eight-week period. In April, 2004 she completed a one-week recreational boat handling course offered by Chapman's School. What a great first mate. She also inhales world-famous Chesapeake Bay steamed crabs and is the life of the party.

Chuck is Roger's dad, Jean and (old) Chuck's kid, serial entrepreneur, and lover of boating. He grew up in north Jersey, schooled at Lehigh, and after a few years with IBM, had the fun and good fortune as a co-founder of Pentamation Enterprises. A few startups and companies later, he has begun to ease out of his last project as president and CEO of Bridges LearningSystems. Currently, Chuck is providing guidance and support to emerging companies through his professional practice, One Man Board. Happily, technology and access to transportation when needed make this fully compatible with the cruising life.

Thanks to parents who also loved the water, he started boating at the age of 10.  All that was important in earning his current USCG 100-Ton Master's License.

Chuck has 'retired' twice before, and has a view of life and cruising that has corrupted many otherwise seemingly sane and responsible boaters.
